In 1982 we started out by purchasing low income houses in the city of Lansing, Michigan. We purchased and renovated many of these houses to provide decent living for low income families so that they too could appreciate the benefits of a good-quality home.

During this period we were called The House Renters of Lansing, Company. After extensive discussions with the city property inspectors about the findings in our 75 rental properties, we gathered an in depth knowledge about the property inspection process. Our company then started to perform its own inspections on our properties, and thus a new company was born following that period: Pro-Inspect Home Inspections.

To expand our business the decision was made to purchase into a nationally known home inspection company. This led to the evolution of the company that is known today: Nationwide Property Inspections.
